Thanks everybody again your support throughout 2010. I had a great year and have been extremely happy with the outcome of all my recipes. I had just enough energy to finish the 100 recipes, and have been resting for the past two weeks. Fortunately friends have cooked for Christmas and New Years so that I could continue to rest.
My top 20 favorite recipes of 2010 were:
- Grilled Stuffed Flank Steak
- Boeuf Bourguignon
- 30-Minute Taco Salad
- Texas Shredded Barbecued Beef
- Pot Stickers with Scallion Dipping Sauce
- Korean Fried Chicken(Yang-nyum Tong Dak)
- Denouement Beef Stew
- Braised Beef Short Ribs
- Crunchy Potato Wedges
- Tandoori Chicken with Cilantro-Mint Chutney
- Caesar Salad
- Rosemary Focaccia
- Extra-Crunchy Fried Chicken
- Classic Egg Salad
- Ciabatta
- Homemade Pretzel
- Creole Fried Chicken
- Best Old-Fashioned Burgers

I look forward to a the new year with a new goal. Stay tuned for more details.

Just found you here, Mark. Love what I’m reading so far. Am curious as heck to know how your ciabatta came out. Unfortunately, none of the link titles are connecting to the named recipes. “Ciabatta” connects to “Creole Fried Chicken”, e.g.
Hi, the ciabatta came out fabulous. It was my favorite non-flavored bread (rosemary focaccia still #1) so far.
Thanks for pointing out the broken links. They’ve been fixed. Actually, it was Microsoft’s fault. When I was reordering, MS Word only reordered the text not the associated links.
Mark
