2009 goes out with a few favorite recipes that were new from 2009; for breakfast the Boys and I are finishing up our Ultimate Cinnamon Buns, which we made yesterday. For lunch we had potstickers left over from my birthday. Tonight will be French-style Stuffed Chicken Breast and Fluffy Mashed potatoes. This is only the second time we made fluffy mashed potatoes, the first time on Christmas Day they took considerably longer to cook the delay made us roast our ham to 145 degrees instead of 120. Hopefully it’ll the sailing will be smoother today.
